Apple Safari available on Windows XP and Vista
Apple is trying to woo Web Developers with an incarnation of Safari browser available for Windows. You can download it from the Apple Download site. Though not so much of an earth-shattering experience, Safari on Windows looks very standards compliant. The lack of comparable plugins to FireFox is a deterring factor.
Apple Safari browser is also the one which runs over iPhone. Apple wants many mobile application developers to write online mobile-web applications running on iPhone. Since, the development and testing platform for most of the mobile development is still Windows, its a good move by Apple to make their browser available on Windows Platform. As a day-to-day browser, Safari may have a long way to go, as most of the essential plugins like PithHelmet/AdBlocker will have to re-written for windows.
Download Safari for Windows. Its an 8MB Download. Give a try to additional Safari Plugins too.
